The JapanLab Framework

JapanLab teams use an innovative model of student-faculty collaboration to support educational game development. While some of the tools we have used to create our teams and compensate students for the work they do are specific to the University of Texas, the basics of these frameworks should be applicable to a wide variety of institutions.
